They sent me the printer with no instructions and will not share them with me. I have no idea how anything goes together. This is by far my worst experience on Alibaba. I would not recommend buying a printer from this company. They are incompetent!
They don't understand that when I'm talking with them it's night in USA while it's day time in China. This is my 3rd night driving back to my shop only to be told I need something that they should have told me about the first day. Just let me know everything I need to do and then we will start the set up, but they keep leaving things out so we have to put it off for another day.
I just want written instructions but they don't have any or will not share them with me.
Again, this is the worst experience that I have ever had with a large purchase
